Preethi, I am a huge fan of coconut barfi. Your paneer almond coconut barfi is super tempting. For this Diwali season have already made my coconut barfi. Next time, which will be probably around Christmas, I am surely trying out your unique recipe or adding paneer. Wishing you and your family a very Happy Diwali.

Preethi, I loved the addition of paneer and almond powder to your coconut barfi. Sometimes, one does not have khoya, so paneer is a wonderful replacement. With the aroma of saffron these must have tasted heavenly. I am adding these to my bucket list.
