We usually have delicacies with yogurt almost everyday at our place and especially in summer it is a must. Yogurt or curd improves digestion ,boosts immunity ,strengthens bones and teeth and many more benefits. Do include yogurt in your meals. Considering many benefits do check my blog for many more recipes. Mangoes are widely used in many cuisines. Sour, unripe mangoes are used in chutneys, pickles, dhals  or may be eaten raw with salt and  chili. A summer drink called aam panna comes from mangoes. This delicious recipe is a part of the recipe swap challenge for the month of April. I am paired with Sasmita who blogs at firsttimercook. She has an amazing collection of odiya recipes.
