It is very flavorful and delicious. Garlic Roasted Mixed Vegetables is a delightful side dish .A flavorful dish with minimal spices is my go to on busy weeknights. This is good for people who want to have Anti -Inflammatory diet. You will believe it if you try it.

For Garlic Roasted Mixed Vegetables :
Fresh Garlic:

GARLIC ROASTED MIXED VEGETABLES
Equipment
- 1 Pan
- 1 Spatula
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Garlic
- 120 Grams Snow Peas
- 150 Grams Baby Asparagus
- 200 Grams Small red Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan .
- Add finely chopped fresh garlic and roast until it turns golden brown .
- Now add snow peas and baby asparagus and saute for 5-7 minutes.
- Once done add the cherry tomatoes and saute until it turns soft . Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
- Turn off the heat.
- Serve with Main course or as a complete light meal in itself and Enjoy…………….
