This month our host Pavani suggested the theme #FrozenTreats. I knew what I wanted to make for the theme. Check out her Easy Oreo Icecream that she made for this theme. It is absolutely lip smacking. My Partner Rafeeda gave me two secret ingredients Mango and Coconut Cream and i gave her Sugar and Cinnamon . She has whipped up this incredibly delicious Salted Caramel Cinnamon Icecream. Ingredients for Mango Coconut Chia Popsicles:

  • Ripe Mango:
  • Coconut Cream:
  • Chia Seeds:
  • Vanilla Extract:
  • Honey:

Recipe for Mango Coconut Chia Popsicles:

Ingredients for Mango Coconut Chia Popsicles:

  • 2 Ripe Mangoes peeled and Pureed
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 400 Gms Coconut Cream
  • 2 Tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Honey


  • In a wide bottom bowl whisk coconut cream , honey , chia seeds and vanilla extract.
  • Puree the mango to a fine paste .Ensure no lumps
  • Sprinkle some chia seeds in the mould
  • Fill the mould with alternating mango puree and coconut chia mix.
  • Add Popsicle sticks and keep in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  • Serve and Enjoy……………………………

  3. I must really say that for the ease to make this, I am sure this tasted divine. I remember making a mango coconut milk ice cream when I had gone vegan for medical reasons, and I ate that whole batch without sharing it with my family… hehe… That extra crunch from the chia is always a lovely addition… Amazing and deliciouis…
