Today is a very special day for my family as my older son turns another year older. We have planned to spend some quality time with him and make memories. I decided to start the day with his favorite breakfast. Lentils & spring onion pancake can be whipped in a jiffy and is filling too. Mixed lentil paste combined with spices and spring onion makes a delicious and flavorful pancake batter. Try it to believe it.

Such a wonderful idea to use a mixture of lentils or dals to make a healthy breakfast. With spring onion added, the lentils & Spring Onion Pancakes must be so tasty. Would love to try this recipe as I usually make them with besan only.

This is a nice pancake with mixed dals. Musttry it as we make only with moongdal.
I make using moong only but never tried with moong and urad. Must try this version sometime. Lentil pancake is ideal for breakfast.
