I’ve always been intrigued by Tambuli from Udupi, but have never tried it out. This looks so good! With the coconut, coriander, chillies and other spices going in, I can imagine just how delicious this would be!

Kothambari Soppu Tambuli sounds like an interesting recipe Preethi. Coriander coconut and spices in yogurt, now that is what I’d love to have with my khichdi or pulao especially during the summer months.
Kothambari soppu thambuli will have such a lovely aroma. My mum used to make something similar and your recipe reminded me of these. With steamed rice they are so tasty.
Tambuli tastes best when mixed with piping hot rice or even with pulav ..the best part is ,there is no cooking involved but tastes out of the world .
