Jeera Aadraki aalo Is a new recipe for me. It’s a must try from regular jeera aalo. I’ll give it a try, thank you!
Very delicious aloo flavoured with jeera and adrak. Makes a perfect side dish with rotis and puris.
Addition of adrak to jeera aloo makes it even more flavorful. Will pair so well with puris /parathas. Loved the addition of cumin powder along with other spices.
That sounds like a delicious dish. I’ve never combined adrak and jeera with potatoes — it sounds very interesting and yummy!!
My usual jeera aloo has not much ginger in it. I will try your version this week as it is always a comfort meal with aloo.
