Preethi! These stuffed bhajii chiilis are out of the world. The stuffing is something we will love. I love the use of curd chilli. My mouth is watering at the thought. I am going to the supermarket just to buy these chillies.

The only stuffed chillis I’ve had is with a potato stuffing. The photos of your version of stuffed bhajji chili is just too tempting. Like the peanut, besan and spices filling. I don’t get the bhajji chillis but can try this recipe with the long peppers we get. Makes an excellent side dish for grand thali meals.
