This is insanely delicious and absolutely irresistible.

What is Salsa ?

Salsa means sauce in Spanish. It  is a variety of sauces used at table as condiments for tacos and other Mexican and Mexican-American foods, and as dips for tortilla chips. They may be raw or cooked, and are generally served at room temperature. I like both the chunky ones and blender ones. There are so many varieties of salsa .Each one has its own unique flavor. Mexican Flavors are super tempting.

What are the Ingredients in this Salsa?

  • Peach Best Peaches to use for salsa are firm but not hard ones . Any variety will work for this salsa. Do not peel the peaches. You will not taste the skin as we will lightly pulse it.
  • Tomatoes Use nice red ripe Roma tomatoes. They have less seeds.
  • Green Bell Pepper Add green pepper to enhance the taste of the salsa. This is totally optional, but i would recommend.
  • Fresh Coriander Fresh Coriander adds a nice flavor to the salsa. No Substitution for this. Do not use dried coriander as it will not impart the same flavor as fresh cilantro.
  • Lime Juice Add tanginess to the salsa. Fresh juice is the best.
  • Coarsely Ground Black Pepper I love to add freshly ground coarse black pepper
  • Onion Onions add nice flavor to the salsa
  • Garlic Add minced garlic for nice flavors
  • Salt to taste
  • Jalapeno Gives a nice kick to the salsa
