I have made this Pizza at home from the scratch with easily available ingredients .I have used unbleached plain flour with some multi grain powder , pickled potatoes and cheese…
Hmm ,enjoy this yummy pizza with a desi touch at the comfort of your home. It can be made within an hour from the start to the end.

Recipe for Herbed Crust with Pickled Potato Pizza:
Ingredients:
2 Cups Plain flour / Maida (Unbleached)
2.25 Tsp of Baking Powder
1Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Mixed Italian herbs
1 Tsp Chilli flakes
15 Baby Potatoes boiled and peeled
Spicy Chilli Sauce
1.5 Cup Permesan Cheese for generous topping
1 Tbsp Multi grain powder (A mix of quinoa, Â chia seeds,flax seeds and green gram –all roasted and powdered)
8 Cheery Tomatoes halved
2 Onions chopped length wise
2 Bell peppers cut lengthwise
5 Cheese Slices torn into Pcs
1 Tsp Jeera / Cumin
1.5 Tsp Aachar Masala/ Pickle masala
1 Tsp Oil for roasting potatoes
Method:
Take a heavy bottom pan. Add a tsp of oil. Add jeera and  aachar masala and saute for few seconds on low flame. Add the boiled and peeled potatoes and roast on medium flame for about 7 to 8 mins. Add salt and mix well. Switch off the flame after 5 mins.
In a wide bowl, add the flour, baking powder, mixed Italian herbs,multi grain powder,salt ,chilli flakes and olive oil and knead the dough. Gradually add water as required to knead the sticky dough.Cover the dough and allow it to rest for about 10 mins.
Make small balls of the dough. Roll the dough in any shape you desire. Spread about 1.5 Tsp of Chilli sauce. Sprinkle some onions and bell pepper.Top it up with Permesan cheese and 1 cheese slice torn into pcs. Lastly add cherry tomatoes, pickled potatoes and garnish with some more cheese.
Pre heat the oven at 180 C for 10 mins. Please the Pizza in the preheated oven and bake it for about 20 to 25 mins.
Serve Hot!!!
