BEETS AND POTATO TIKKI (VEG TIKKI)

BEETS AND POTATO TIKKI
Today I am sharing a delicious and easy recipe to treat your family and friends in this wet weather. You can serve as tikki or use as a burger patty. Kids will love the taste as the color of these Beets and Potato Tikki as it looks so appetizing. This wet weather calls for something deep fried with some garam chai or filter coffee. It just takes 20-25 minutes to make these insanely delicious tikki. Beets are loaded with nutrients and are rich in fiber ,folate, manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C. It is also known to increase the blood flow. Beetroot is one of my most favorite vegetable. I use beets in soups, salads, lassi, tikki ,sabzi , raita and curries too.Always in love with the beautiful color of this vegetable.
