Ingredients for Sesame Garlic Chutney Powder:
Sesame Seeds: I have used both black and white sesame. You can use only white sesame if you want. It is rich in fiber and a power house of nutrients.
Curry Leaves: Adds a nice flavor to the chutney powder. You can find it any asian store or can be purchased online.
Urad Dal: Also known as black gram. I have white whole urad dal.
Dry Red Chillies: I have used kashmiri dry red chilli and a spicy variety here. You can use any dry red chilli of your choice to adjust the spice levels.
Garlic: Garlic adds a nice aroma and has many health benefits.
Salt to Taste: Most important ingredient of the dish.
