Recipe for Aji Picante(Colombian HotSauce):
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Cilantro finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions finely chopped
- 1 Red Habernero Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Tomato finely diced
- 2 Tbsp Lime juice
- Salt to Taste
- 1/4 Tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 Garlic pods minced
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a wide bottom bowl
- Blitz in a blender once
- Serve with Soups, rice ,beans ,empanadas , stews and more.
