Ingredients for Brownie Energy Balls Cake:
Brownie Energy Balls: I had some Brownie energy balls which my boys were bored of eating. I have given the recipe link above.
Milk Powder:I have recently started using milk powder in cakes and this gives a very nice creamier texture and a hint of sweetness.
Milk:I have used full fat milk here. You can add any plant based milk to make it vegan.
Ghee / Clarified Butter: I have added ghee instead of butter to bake this cake. It Contains healthier fats and nutrients.
All purpose Flour (Unbleached): I have used unbleached All purpose flour here. You may use wheat flour instead.
Baking Powder: I have only used baking powder here as leavening agent. It already contains Soda.
Vanilla Essence: Adds a fabulous taste to the cake and it also brings out the flavors of other ingredients in the mixture.
Coconut Sugar: I have used coconut sugar here to adjust the sweetness of the cake . The sweetness here is perfect for my family. You may increase or decrease as per your taste.
