Ingredients for Hashbrown Waffles:

  • Potatoes: One vegetable that is loved by all the kids and adults alike. Potato contains fiber, potassium, vitamin C, and vitamin B6 .Potatoes are known to be good for kids. Anything eaten in moderation is ok.
  • Fresh Coriander: Adds a nice taste and flavor to the dish
  • Chaat Masala: Gives a nice twist to the bland hash browns.
  • Rice Flour: Used a little bit of rice flour to bind the potatoes and the masala. Makes the waffles crisp.
  • Salt : Main Ingredient of the dish.
  • Butter : To smear on the waffles. It is completely optional
  • Paprika : I have added some paprika instead of chilli powder as it is for kids. For adults we can add red chilli powder or fresh chillies too.

  1. Wow what an amazing recipe. Easy quick and absolutely delicious. I don’t have waffle toaster so I would love to try it in my grill sandwich toaster. Excellent share.

  2. Wow wow wow these are super delicious. I have been struggling to get a good waffle recipe these seem just right. Love the fact that these are savoury waffles. I hope to make some soon.

  3. Omg what a great idea for a gluten free / eggless waffle!! I feel like my whole family would go crazy over this recipe – cannot wait to try it for brunch this weekend!
