Today I am sharing a delicious bourbon biscuit & banana cake recipe which is so easy and fun to bake with your kids. This is an absolutely no fail recipe.Kids will have enjoy baking this easy cake . Quality time to engage with your children when baking or cooking, Baking is so therapeutic. My boys enjoyed this delicious bake.My House smells divine.

Recipe for Bourbon biscuit & Banana Cake:
1.5 Cups All Purpose Flour (Unbleached)
3 Ripe Bananas
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Odourless Oil
3/4 Cup Full Fat Milk
4 Bourbon Biscuits
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1.5 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 Tsp Salt
Take a wide bottom bowl. Sieve the flour , baking soda , baking powder and salt . Sieve twice.Keep it aside.
Take another wide bottom bowl. Mash the banana using a fork.Ensure no lumps. Add oil , milk, sugar and mix well untill you get a homogeneous mixture.
Slowly fold the flour mix into the banana mixture and mix in one direction untill well combined.
Do not overmix the batter.
Powder the Bourbon biscuits using a Mortar Pestle. Add this mixture to the cake mix and gently mix .
Tranfer the mixture to a greased baking pan.
Pre heat the oven at 180C for about 10 mins.
Place the cake tin in a pre heated oven and bake for about 55-60 mins or untill the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Allow it to cool Completely.
Slice and serve.Bake with little chefs and make memories.
