I do make cauliflower fritters using chickpea flour. Your version with lentils and blended cauliflower sounds interesting di .
Preethi have made cauliflower bhajia using florets but love your recipe. The soaked moong and urad dal add the required crispiness and adding blended cauliflower is so different. Perfect snack with masala tea.
Instead of using florets, I simply love the idea of coarsely grounded cauliflower into the batter. These are the prefect snack option for tea time.
Gobhi vada with moong and udad dal sounds crispy crunchy and delicious. Always make gobhi vada with besan and small sized cauliflower florets never tried with dal. Loved the idea. Next time I will make this way. Superb share.

I make cauliflower bhaji, but add it as a whole. Never mashed and added it. This looks interesting as generally the whole is never being eaten by the fussy eaters.
