  1. Preethi have made cauliflower bhajia using florets but love your recipe. The soaked moong and urad dal add the required crispiness and adding blended cauliflower is so different. Perfect snack with masala tea.

  2. Gobhi vada with moong and udad dal sounds crispy crunchy and delicious. Always make gobhi vada with besan and small sized cauliflower florets never tried with dal. Loved the idea. Next time I will make this way. Superb share.

  3. Gobi fritters looks very crispy and tasty Preethi ji, i regularly prepare Gobi fritters with chickpea flour . Your version fritters using moong nd urad dal, blended gobi sound interesting.

  4. hem lata srivastava

I always make with urad dal paste , never tried with moong dal and urad dal mixture.
    I will surely try this.

  5. I make cauliflower bhaji, but add it as a whole. Never mashed and added it. This looks interesting as generally the whole is never being eaten by the fussy eaters.

  6. I’ve made gobi bhaji using cauliflower florets, but never tried making vadas in this way. Love the idea of adding coarsely grated cauliflower to the batter. This looks really delicious!!
