SABAKKI MOSARU DOSA / SAGO YOGURT CREPES

Today I am sharing a easy and delicious breakfast recipe. Sabakki Mosaru Dosa / Sago Yogurt Crepes are so tempting and filling at the same time. You just need a few ingredients that are easily available in your pantry to whip up this yummy dish. You need to try it to believe it.

What is breakfast?

Breakfast is the first meal of the day and should not be skipped. Breakfast is essential as you are technically breaking your fast after a previous night meal. Traditional breakfast varies from country to country. Many people skip breakfast as they are always on the go. This should be avoided as it will affect your alertness and makes you lethargic. At my place usually prefer to have traditional breakfast items like dosa ,idli, poha, sabudana kichdi, bread toast but sometimes we have oats or cereals along with fruits too.

  1. The Dosa looks very soft and yummy Preethi. I love to add such recipes to our everyday food and specially for breakfast. I would give this a try.

  2. 1:1 rice : sabudana.. that’s a new recipe to me definitely … we have no takers for sabudana otherwise at home… will try this soon, preethi !

  3. Lovely dosa using sabudana that too rice and sabudana in equal proportion. Have to try this very soon . We are a dosa loving family you see 🙂

  4. Sometimes i add sabudana, poha or cooked rice to make the idli dosa batter soft. Sabudana dosa looks so soft, spongy and delicious. Use of yogurt is new to me. Interesting recipe
