This chickpea curry with freshly roasted and ground masala and dried neem flowers sounds interesting di ! With palm jaggery, tamarind and spices going in , I can imagine how flavorful the curry must have tasted.
The curry sounds so fragrant and flavourful! This is a very new recipe to me – I’ve never heard of chickpeas cooked this way, before. Would love to try this out some time. 🙂
Mmm dried neem flowers. I have never tried that in chickpeas but can certainly say that it must be adding a unique flavour and taste. Loved the tadka on the top
Curry looks very intresting, tasty, aromatic and healthy as you used neem flower and chickpeas. Really it feels so good while preparing our elders recipes. Thanks for sharing this with us, will try it surely.
