Instructions
Sprouting the Whole Black Urad
Rinse 1 cup of whole black urad Dal and soak them in water for about 6-8 hours or overnight.
Drain the water and tie the soaked dal in a clean cloth or place them in a sprouting jar.
Keep them in a warm place for about 24-36 hours, rinsing them twice a day, until they sprout.
Assembling the Salad:
In a bowl combine all the ingredients mentioned and give it a nice mix.
