Delicious and protein rich summer cooler that can be made easily at home during summer season. Good to keep ourselves hydrated.You just need 5 mins to whip up this drink.

1 Spoon / Hand Whisk
3 Tbsp Sattu Flour 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala 2 Cups Chilled Water or as Required 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder 1 Pinch Kala Namak 1/4 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder 5 Nos Fresh Mint Leaves 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Add sattu flour , Chaat Masala , Roasted Cumin Powder, kala namak ,black pepper powder to a jar. Mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of water and mix all the ingredients to get a lump free mixture.
Add roughly chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves and lemon juice .
Add chilled water and stir using a hand whisk or a spoon to get a nice lump free mixture.
Pour into the serving glass and serve Chilled Sattu ka Ghol / Sharbat.

Adjust the consistency as per your preference.
You can substitute green chilli with Pepper powder
Chaat masala is optional but i would suggest do not skip it.
Adding fresh coriander and mint leaves makes it very refreshing .
You can have it on busy days . A good protein drink that will keep your body cool and full too.
Having sattu moderately in your diet is good .
