Dry roast all the ingredients mentioned above. I have roasted them all together untill you get the aroma and mustard starts to splutter.
Turn off the heat and allow it to cool completely.
Blend the roasted ingredients into a fine powder. Store in an airtight container and it stays fresh .
Use it to make curries or for marination and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Notes
1.This proportion yields 1/2 Cup of curry powder.2. You can proportionately increase if you want to make a big batch3. It is different from the yellow Curry Powder .4. Use it to marinate the meat or Mock meat or add to curries.
