Add finely chopped fresh garlic and roast until it turns golden brown .
Now add snow peas and baby asparagus and saute for 5-7 minutes.
Once done add the cherry tomatoes and saute until it turns soft . Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
Turn off the heat.
Serve with Main course or as a complete light meal in itself and Enjoy................

1.I have used organic Cherry Tomatoes , baby asparagus and snow peas .2.You can use normal variety in case you can't find organic.3. Always use freshly ground black pepper that is slightly coarse.4.You should enjoy the pepper in every bite5. It is very Flavorful and delicious. Always use Olive oil.6. This is perfect for people following Anti-Inflammatory diet.
