Add all the ingredients for green chutney mentioned above in a blender to grind to a smooth paste. You can transfer to an air tight Container and store it for 4-5 days in a fridge.
For the Filling
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients mentioned above for the filling and mix well. Keep it aside.
Assembling and Toasting the Sandwich
Spread butter and green chutney on two slices of bread .
Spread a spoonful of Schezwan paneer corn filling generously.
Cover it with another slice with chutney side in.
Grease some butter on the top.
Heat the grill pan .Toast on both sides after applying butter until golden brown and crisp.
Cut them into triangles or squares as per your choice .
Repeat the process to make more sandwiches.
Serve with some green chutney or schezwan chutney or ketchup.

Notes
Substitute Paneer with cheese for some variation.
Increase or decrease the no of green chillies to as per your spice tolerance.
You can use colourful bell peppers too.
You a normal pan to toast in case you do not have a grill pan.
Use butter generously .
You can substitute butter with ghee if you wish to.
Add less water to the green chutney to make it smooth and thick.
