She share this recipe for the theme. My partner is Shobha ji who is a wonderful and experienced blogger who gave me two secret ingredients Raw banana and Salt and I gave her Curry leaves and Toor dal and she whipped up a delicious Dakshin hotpot rasam for this theme. 1. Spicy masala pav looks so inviting.. we love to have it once in a while. I like the use of tikka masala here, must have enhanced the flavors of bhaji.. it’s too cold here and I an craving some hot masala pavs now.. yumm

  2. The dish looks to tasty as well as appealing to the eyes. I like your option of raw banana instead of potato which is mostly used in the street food commonly. This snack can make a filling meal itself. Well done.

  3. The Masala Pav looks so delicious and hearty! Love that you have used raw banana here, and the addition of tikka masala is very interesting too. 🙂 Will definitely be trying this out.

  4. Ah, you made me remember some old days when we use to enjoy this so much. I sometimes make it for myself, when I want to indulge and have some bread at hand. Never added raw bananas though, will try it out next.
