Notes

  1. You can use normal jaggery in case you can’t organic jaggery powder. In that case you have to melt the jaggery and strain it to remove the impurities.
  2. Ghee is a must in this recipe. Do not skip.
  3. The sweetness is just right for my family as they prefer less sweet.
  4. Increase or decrease the quantity of jaggery as per your taste preference.
  5. You can skip jaggery if you add dates.
  6. You can add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds to this recipe too.

Loved your flaxseed and Almond Ladoo recipe. It’s a great way to incorporate flaxseeds in our diet. Addition of black sesame seeds takes the nutrition value up by a few notches. I have to source black sesame seeds to try out your recipe.

Flaxseed almond laddu looks so tempting. I also make sesame seeds laddu with almond and jaggery but never used black sesame seeds and flaxseed. Loved the idea Preethi. Next time I will also make this in your method.
